Golden Flowers Terms and Conditions
Www.goldenflowers.uk is a site owned and operated by Agnieszka Zajkowska – me. I am self employed florist based in: 108 Ashville Road, E11 4DU, London, UK.
On my website you can learn who I am, view my work, get in touch with me or purchase floral compositions freshly prepared to order (“Products”).
After placing an order, you will receive an email from me acknowledging, that I have received your order for the Products.
Currently all Products can only be ordered at least one day in advance. Products ordered before 10PM will be prepared next morning and delivered to you as soon as possible, unless stated otherwise by the buyer. Cost of packaging and delivery in London is: £15.50. I’ll send you an email confirmation that your order has been completed after Products have been dispatched.
Returns & exchanges:
Please note that every composition is made to order, therefore I cannot accept any returns. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact me if you have any issues.
Order cancelations:
Request a cancellation within 3 hours of purchase via email.
I reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
(a) I have insufficient stock to deliver the Products you have ordered;
(b) the delivery service provider does not deliver to your area
(c) one or more of the Products you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by me from my partner flowers provider; or
(d) I have reason to suspect that there is a risk of a fraudulent transaction.
If I do cancel your contract, I will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by me (in respect of Products provided by me, and delivery services provided by the delivery service provider (unless amounts in respect of delivery are refunded directly by the delivery service provider)), from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. I will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
I shall accept no liability in respect of any failure to deliver Products you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Products delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond my reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident, acts of God, war or actions by third parties.
